2Do

I lost some data but the auto backup didn’t restore anything, help!

If you lost some data during a sync and tried restoring 2Do’s previous snapshot (before the sync) and for some reason, you can’t get the data back, you may need to try the following:

1. Launch 2Do and tap Sync->Backups->Auto Backups and find the backup you wish to restore. Tap on it and then tap ’Email’. Enter your email address in the email composition sheet so that it’s emailed to you.

2. Next, close 2Do and quit it forcefully: Double tap the iPhone home button, tap hold 2Do and tap (-) to quit.

3. Launch the Mail app and find the email you just sent to yourself. Tap-hold the attached file and tap "Open in 2Do"

4. 2Do should now launch with the option of restoring the file. Tap Restore, quit and relaunch to find your previous snapshot intact.
