Back up to email

Starting with only one task on 2do I did a back up to email, deleted the task and tried to restore from the email. The would you like to restore etc popup flashed up for an instant before being replaced with one reading Error restoring 2do the operation couldn't be completed. No such file or directory and hence no task restored.

Any ideas as me and toodledo aren't getting on and I thought this would be an easier route for me?

It was a fresh download of the app today with only one task. Rebooted the iPod touch 1st gen and tried again with the same result.

Tried again this morning.

Deleted the app, rebooted the ipod touch and downloaded the app again. Added one task and did an email back up. Deleted the task and shut down the app. Went to restore from back up and got the same result.

Further update

I have done a factory restore on my ipod and downloaded the app again with the same result when trying to restore an email back up. I guess maybe I am just unlucky on this update as I don't see any other reports of the same problem.

What version of iOS are you on? Can you send us your logs (2Do->Settings->Advanced->Debug Logs) when you see this error?

I am on version 4.2.1.

I don't have Debug Logs under advanced, only email diagnostic report, reset application data and optimizing 2do
