THANKS to a helpful & dedicated moderator

I just wanted to post a general note of thanks to my moderator, Shelley, who went out of her way (behind the scenes) to give me personalized attention and solve my problem. I've noticed that I'm not the only user who has problems due to random personal settings or (unfortunately) operator error, and I so, so appreciate your patience! The nice thing about apps and programs these days is that they can be very personalized by utilizing the many settings; the unfortunate aspect of this is that there are then so many more possibilities for conflict. I have had problems relating to my personal settings interacting weirdly with my programs in my iCal/MobileMe, too, so I'm getting used to this (and the Apple support staff were also very patient and generous with their time).

So, again, my sincere thanks and greatest appreciation go to Shelley for her constant stream of e-mails and one awesome, final phone call that fixed everything. You rock!

I guess I am the other "all thumbs" person. I still don't understand Toodledo's filters but that was certainly my problem.

I will echo nwphoosh's comments. Moderating a forum is pretty much a thankless job. But it is a crucial one and Shelley is always responsive letting us know our messages got through, providing suggestions on usage and helping wherever possible.

I have learned a lot about 2Do in this forum and my usage of 2Do has increased exponentially because of this Forum. I abandoned all my various note apps and use 2Do for notes as well as action items. All because of what I read in this forum.

Keep up the good work Shelley.

Congratulations on your new job! It has been tremendously helpful to have a mod on this forum. I'm pretty self sufficient but at the same time it's great to actually get a response to suggestions and bug reports
