MobileMe Sync with 2Do not stable working

Also bought the mobile me sync and it is still not really stable working.
After it got it working with loosing all my calendar data on every device and had to reimport them from a backup
I had some calendars to appear twice on 2Do after sync. So I deleted them and found out that
I had deleted calendars on my desktop.
Reinstalling the calendars on the iPhone didn't work.
I'll try to use one of the older backups and install them from my mac but I've to say, that is not was I'd expect.
