Snoozing sound notifications

Postby ahmedkk » Sun Dec 19, 2010 3:37 am

I usually create two alerts for every to do task. One is a sound alert and the other one is a message alert. I can snooze the message alert but the sound alert cannot be snoozed. As a result of this phenomenon, after I snooze the message alert, all subsequent alerts are without sound. This makes 2do totally useless for me as I use it primarily as a reminder system. It would be great if the sound and message notifications are combined. So that when I snooze the message notification, I also snooze the sound notification. Is there any plan for something like this?

I am using an Ipod touch 4G with iOS 4.2. I downloaded the latest version of 2do yesterday.

I was mistaken about the snooze button not appearing on sound alerts. I get three different kinds of alerts:

Case 1: Three buttons (Snooze, View and Ok). http://imgur.com/FfDxU
I get this screen when I go to the alert immediately after it goes on by using the "Slide to View" button.

Case 2: Two buttons (Close and View) http://imgur.com/hS0cj
I think I get this screen when I have more than one alert that goes on and I don't view the alert when the first alert goes on. To get this screen, I created a message alert and a sound alert that goes off 5 min later. I opened my Ipod only after the sound alert went off.

Case 3: Just one button (Ok) http://imgur.com/BjKTG
I got this button when I opened the alert few minutes after it went off. The screen said "Slide to Open" instead of "Slide to View".

In my case, I would like to have three buttons to be shown always (Case 1), irrespective of when I chose to open the alert or whether there are multiple alerts at the same time. Is it possible in any way?
