Repeat location reminder + alert

Hi

This is a wee cry for help as I can't figure it out. Without using Siri, on an iPhone 4, how do I create a location reminder, that will alert me with an alarm when I'm in the vicinity, and set itself to repeat for next time I'm there.

To give some context, I want to create a reminder to call a work colleague when I arrive at a certain train station. I want it to repeat so it always reminds me to call him once I arrive.

I'm syncing 2do to iCloud. To save duplication into Reminders, I've turned syncing of that app off. If I use Reminders for the type of alert that better suits my needs, and I sync it so that it's on my iPad too, I'll have all my 2do entries in Reminders. Duplication. I use 2do quite a bit, so it has built up over time.

What would yr solution be to stop 2do items appearing in Reminders?
