Default Calendar option

I would like to propose a "Default Calendar" setting where the user can nominate one of the existing calendars to be preselected in the Calendar field when creating a new item.
In order to accommodate the existing scheme where the current folder is preselected, I suggest the addition of a selector switch to choose between "Current Folder" and "Default Folder". The default state of that selector switch is "Current Folder", but if the user opts for "Default Folder", then the list of existing calendars be presented or un-greyed for the user to pick one as the preselected value in the Calendar field of a new item.
