Defer end dates by default

Hi there,

I defer a lot of to-dos. I also don't really use start dates very often. When I try to defer them, I'm asked whether to defer the start or end dates before I'm presented with a calendar.

Could 2Do not bother asking in the case when none of the to-dos have a start date defined? Or perhaps there could be an option toggle in the settings which I could use to tell 2Do to assume I mean end date?
