firstly id just like to say that 2do is an awesome task manager, and ive used many - todo, omnifocus, things, flow
one thing i feel is missing though in comparison to some other task managers is a more functional use for tags, specifically:
-when in a smart folder based on tag search - quick add could use that tag - otherwise you have to keep adding tags to each entry - defeats purpose of quick entry. is there another way to do quick entry with a default tag?
-sort by tag in calendar - this would be really handy - FLOW does this well by showing each task only once in their 'sort by tag' view - multiple tags show up together eg ('tag1 and tag2' has a list of associated tasks)
- see tags in task list like you can see 'list name' - i know this has been asked before - it would make it much easier to use the functionality of tags if they werent hidden - if you cant sort by tag in a calendar list then it would be good to at least be able to see associated tags - my wife and i share a calendar and we delegate tasks by tags - its hard to see who is doing what when we cant see the associated tag unless we click on the task and view its contents.
the devs have probably already thought of these ideas and maybe there are technical difficulties as to why these cant happen that i dont understand...hopefully something might be able to improve in future in the 'tag' department. keep up the good work
