Sync badge Showing 1 Item Not Syncing

I use 2Do on my iPhone and sync via iCloud. The 'Sync on Exit' setting is also selected. This was working fine until yesterday.
The Sync badge is always showing 1 item not synced, even though I've been through all the items and they all seem fine. I've tried to force a full merge, but still no luck. Can you help?

it is the same on my iPhone : Sync badge showing 1 item not syncing... but not on my iPad.
